ICTP is organizing a workshop and school on the mechanics of the earthquake cycle that will start on Monday October 16th and will be held in Trieste. The meeting aims to bring together scientists and associated research from cognate sub-disciplines of coastal geology (e.g., geomorphologists, sedimentologists, stratigraphers, geoarchaeologists) and modelling (e.g., process, sediment transport, morphodynamic, inundation, and coastal erosion).
